Private Client Solicitor

We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor for our client based in Liverpool. This firm prides itself on a lovely and relaxed working environment with most of their employees being there well past the 10 year mark.

The large variety of work includes:

Drafting wills, powers of attorney or other legal documents
Handling probate and executor-ship matters
Negotiating with the tax authorities in the UK or overseas
Helping to structure the purchase of houses, companies or expensive artwork of the worlds wealthiest families
Using companies or trusts in the UK or elsewhere
Dealing with disputes involving estates and trusts.
THE CANDIDATE

You will need to be a qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE
You will need to be highly organised and capable of handling a substantial case load meeting tight deadlines.
Strong intellect and ability to think creatively.
Technical drafting and analytic skills.
Empathy and emotional intelligence.
The role will involve a case load dealing with High Net Worth clients, trusts, wills, probate and Estate/Tax planning for the elderly. You must have experience dealing with the full spectrum of private client matters, with the ability to work independently unsupervised and as a valuable team player. You should be a keen network and take a proactive approach to business development. The firm are known for promoting ambitious individuals looking to further their career to the next level.
