Member Networks Administrator

Member Networks Administrator - Leicester - Full Time

We are looking for a highly organised administrator with exceptional IT skills to join a busy administrative support team in Leicester.

Strong operational data capture skills using databases, and Microsoft Office software is essential!

You should have at least 2 years experience of the following duties and ideally be educated to degree level.

Experience of working in a HE sector environment is usually an advantage.

Main Duties:
* Requesting, analysing and formatting data
* Diary management (including electronic diaries)
* Arranging production and distribution of newsletters, documents, agenda papers etc.
* Updating databases, running reports
* Responding to email/telephone enquiries
* Booking meeting rooms
* Attendance at meetings including minute taking
* Administration for Annual General Meetings including print co-ordination and keeping relevant parties informed on processes
* Coordinate travel and accommodation when required.

Key Skills:
* Excellent standard of written and oral English - (structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar is essential)
* ICT super user
* Experienced administrator (at least 2 years high level administration)
* Microsoft office (extensive knowledge/experience)
* Formatting documents/mail merge
* Good customer service skills
* Extremely organised
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Attention to detail
* Self-starter
* Analytical and logical thinker
* Experience of minute taking

We are looking for someone who can use their initiative to undertake the tasks above, who will provide excellent customer service and who has previous experience in working in a busy environment. Experience of working in a HE sector environment is usually an advantage.

Contracted hours: 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with 1hr for lunch)
Length of contract: Until the end of October 2017
Interviews: Tuesday 4th April
Start date: ASAP after interviews
