Receptionist / Administrator

The WorkBank are working with our City Centre client and recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator.
The successful candidate will deal with incoming telephone calls and distribute to the relevant contact ensuring that a high level of customer service is demonstrated at all times. You will also act as sometimes the first point of contact to our clients customers so first impressions count. An excellent telephone manner is a must. Candidates who have experience with the Pro Claim system.
Additional Responsibilities
Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post and distribution to the correct department
Assistance to the first repsonse department dealing with administration and telephone calls
Proficient in Word, Excel and MS office
Experience with the Pro Claim system is desirable
A flexible and team spirited approach
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
